Transforming access to NHS Dental Health Care in Suffolk and North-East Essex
We provide both adult and children’s services. Once booked in with us through NHS 111 for adults or children we will support you through the process with compassion and a full treatment plan.
We understand that unknown oral health problems and un-foreseen treatment can be worrying, so it is our mission to provide you with accessible, comprehensive and compassionate care throughout your oral health journey.
Our team are friendly and professional. They will always put your comfort and care first. Comprising of dentists, hygienists, extended-duty dental nurses, oral health educators, and reception staff, our team are all there to ensure you receive the highest standard of care.

How much will my treatment cost?
Treatments for children and young adults are always free up to the age of 18 (or up to the age of 19 if you are in full-time education)
For adults, an urgent dental treatment will cost £27.40, unless you’re entitled to free NHS dental treatment. If you’re asked to come back for further treatment, this will be considered to be a separate course of non-urgent treatment. If you’re not entitled to free NHS dental treatment, you’ll have to pay the relevant charge for the new course of treatment. Click here for NHS Dental Charges.

What is a dental emergency or urgent appointment?
A dental emergency could be identified as, but is not limited to, the below:
- Uncontrolled bleeding from the mouth/gums
- Severe toothache
- A badly cracked tooth/knocked out tooth
- Partially dislodged tooth
- Dental abscess (swelling of your face and jaw).
- Lost or broken dental restoration
- Severe soft tissue injury (like a busted lip or deep cut)
- If you have any ulcers, sore spots or changes in colour in your mouth that have been present for more than three weeks
